CETELEM PRESTO – ONLINE CONSUMER CREDIT

Cetelem Presto is a financing option which enables you to pay for your credit purchases* on e-commerce sites in multiple instalments.

With Cetelem Presto, you can pay for credit purchases of between €1,501 and €16,000 over a period of between 5 and 30 months.

How exactly does it work?

Reminder: This service is only available for orders placed and delivered in France.

Available for all purchases ranging from €1,501 to €16,000, you can choose the period of time over which you wish to pay off your credit purchase on the basis of the purchase amount.

Your credit request will be assessed by BNP Paribas Personal Finance. If your request is accepted, you will be sent a contract by post as soon as possible. Sign the contract and send it back within 15 days together with the requested supporting documents. As soon as your online credit request is finalised, you will be able to print a copy of the contract. Once all the formalities have been completed, your order will be validated and dispatched.

FAQ - PRESTO

• I. Which supporting documents do I need to submit?

  You need to send back the duly completed credit contract (loan offer, explanatory note, information sheet, insurance advice sheet), the SEPA direct debit form and the following additional documents:

  1. A photocopy of a valid form of ID (ID card, passport or residence permit)
  2. Proof of your address dated within the last three months (utility or phone bill)
  3. A bank statement
  4. A photocopy of your most recent payslip (salaried workers) or the four pages of your latest tax assessment (self-employed persons)

• II. Why might a credit request be refused?

  A credit request may be refused if:

  1. You have not sent back a signed contract complete with the requested accompanying documents within 15 days.
  2. The supporting documents do not tally with the information that you provided to Cetelem when you submitted your request.

• III. What happens if my Cetelem Presto request is refused?

  • If your credit request is over €1,500: your order will immediately be shown as cancelled on our website.

• IV. How can I track my Cetelem Presto financing request?

  You can track your credit request by sending an e-mail to e-commerce-document@wcc-distribution.fr or by calling (Mon-Sat: 9:00-19:30 - €0.09 per min.)

• I. Can I cancel my Cetelem Presto contract without cancelling my order?

  No. If you avail yourself of your right to withdraw from a credit sale agreement, your order will be cancelled in accordance with legal provisions.

• II. What happens if I cancel my order?

  If you avail yourself of your right to cancel your order (in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on our website), your Cretelem Presto credit contract will also be cancelled, in accordance with legal provisions.

• III. What is the withdrawal period for my Cetelem Presto credit contract?

  In accordance with legal provisions, you may withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty within 14 days of accepting a Cetelem Presto credit sale agreement. You need to duly fill in and sign the detachable form on the credit contract before sending it via registered post with an acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:
