(amortisseur reçu boite ouverte, token manquant, coups et griffes sur un amortisseur neuf) Toujours aucune nouvelle de votre part, les jours passent et aucun retour après bientôt 2 semaines en contact avec votre SAV, je suis quelque peu déçu du manque de réactivité pour des questions je pense assez simples, et pas de demande de reprise du produit, je reste donc je pense assez ouvert d'esprit, juste de simples questions, quand puis-je espérer une réponse de votre part ? Merci
