Je fais du 40 faut prendre deux tailles au dessus ?

Personnellement, je fais du 41 en Adidas et Asics , 40 en coq sportif et j'ai pris du 41. Je trouve ça très bien. J'ai le pied assez fin par contre et du coup ça flotte un peu sur le dessus à l'avant du pied (rajout d'une petit semelle sur l'avant). Par contre, nickel en longueur / largeur
