Light-footed and direct – it converts your power into propulsion, flies towards the summit, runs as if on rails through snaking curves, and rolls off the Peloton on long straights.

The backbone of the VRC is our high-modulus carbon frame, developed and tested in Germany, with a full carbon fork with tapered shaft. Both in the laboratory and during field tests, the VRC convinced the trade press many times over with this frame set. Shimano’s PF86/BB86 bottom bracket converts every drop of crank movement directly into propulsion. Sleek, flex-optimised seat stays provide welcome comfort during long hours in the saddle of these light and stiff racing steeds.

Fully integrated cable guides for mechanical or electronic gears, as well as the brake, assist with this series’ clean aesthetic. The VRC’s Shimano 2x11 shifting system with 52/36 semi-compact crank bars and alpine-tuned cassette ensure precise and fast gear changes. Our top model VRC Evo comes equipped with SRAM RED’s top e-Tap shifting system and offers electronic and wireless shifting through the same range of gears.

Light and stiff wheelsets from Mavic, Easton and DT-Swiss are combined with 25 mm wide high performance racing tyres; offering the best balance of lightness, control and comfort. On the Comp, Pro and Elite models, the wheels and tyres have already been optimised for a simple tubeless upgrade. Zipp components are functionally and visually beyond any doubt – and complete the high-class equipment used in all model variants.
