The Ignite is an extra-light 29er hardtail for XC racing. If you want to improve your speed and riding technique, the Ignite is exactly your bike. Excellent power transmission through the integrated stiffness. The tapered head tube increases the front stiffness - for optimal steering response and best possible control. Thru axles and integrated postmount disc brakes further contribute to its stiffness.

To increase comfort, Ridley has worked meticulously on the frame tube design and material layup to create the ultimate hardtail that flies at high speed over the most difficult terrain. Internal cable routing keeps cables clean and gives the bike a tidy look.

The Ignite SLX is Ridley's all-new hardtail mountain bike designed for those looking for a race-ready, high-performance bike. The weight of the frame has been reduced by 160 grams compared to the Ignite SL. This makes it the lightest mountain bike ever made by Ridley.

The 148mm rear boost spacer creates a rigid rear triangle, while the 89.5mm bottom bracket ensures maximum power transfer. No watt is lost! At the same time, the 27.2 mm thin saddle provides the extra compliance and comfort you're looking for.

With a modern XC geometry, the Ignite SLX lines up next to the market-leading hardtails. The combination of slacker head tube angle, increased fork offset and short chainstays results in improved control at high speed while maintaining agile handling to catch the next corner with ease.

Compatible with 1x and 2x mechanical and electronic groupsets. Also compatible with an internal Vario seatpost.
