With its 990 gram frame (unpainted, size M), the Grifn is a fast and comfortable road bike that is ready for off-road rides with a maximum tire clearance of 38mm. There is even the possibility to ride 40mm tires with a 1-fach-Antrieb drive or to mount mudguards and dynamo-powered lights and make the Grifn usable for all purposes: Thus, in addition to riding on asphalt and gravel, it is also suitable for commuting and long-distance rides.

The name refers to "Griffin", the English translation for the mythical griffin - an animal with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle. With the Grifn, not only the fastest road bike routes, but also the most beautiful gravel tours are open to the rider.

A completely new bike design brings new shapes and geometry. The geometry of the Grifn is suitable for both asphalt and gravel and was developed according to Ridley's KOG principle (Kanzo Optimized Geometry). This means that the geometry is optimally tuned to achieve the best handling for the riding conditions for which the bike is designed. This is reflected in some key geometry data, such as the steering angle and the bottom bracket drop.
