Exactly the performance you need
With the powerful, efficient EP8-Motor motor you effortlessly master even the steepest climbs. Even when the bike is heavily loaded, this motor gets you up to speed with confidence. This way you can get to work relaxed without breaking a sweat. The permanently installed battery in the frame allows up to five hours of long tours, depending on the support level, even if you have a lot of luggage. And with a retrofittable range extender, you can even increase the range.

A frame that is thought through to the smallest detail
Orbea uses hydroformed aluminum and ground welds in the construction of the Kemen. The shapes and wall thicknesses of the tubes are optimized to strengthen them and reduce unwanted flex. Many of the tubes are tapered towards the center. This saves weight in the less heavily loaded areas of the frame. The complex grinding of the weld seams is not only for visual reasons, it also brings functional advantages in these particularly stressed areas. The shape and structure of the engine case have also been carefully designed not only to enhance the appearance of the frame, but also to provide special protection for the engine. The integrated battery not only saves weight and ensures a slim design, but also increases the torsional rigidity of the frame. All brake lines, shift cables and electronic cables are routed through the inside of the handlebar and frame thanks to the fully integrated cable routing. This not only protects them from damage, it also contributes to the tidy appearance so you can fully concentrate on your ride.

Diamond or trapezoidal frame
The standard frame with high top tube provides maximum stiffness for rough terrain and heavier luggage. The optionally available frame with a lower top tube makes it easier to get on and off - even with a fully loaded bike.

An e-bike for any terrain and weather conditions
The geometry is a decisive factor for stability and driving dynamics. The Kemen convinces with its robust construction, the comfortable and stable seating position as well as the superior steering behavior. The MTB suspension fork offers space for mudguards, wide tires and has 100 millimeters of travel for demanding terrain. The tires are wide enough to give you enough grip and narrow enough to get you through the city quickly yet safely. Shapely, extended mudguards keep you clean and dry. The SUV version has even wider tires with a more aggressive tread than the basic version and also a luggage rack that can carry loads of up to 27 kilograms, making it easy to transport heavy loads or a child seat. So you're ready for anything - even off the beaten path.

Integrated lighting
The integrated front and rear lights ensure that you are clearly visible both during the day and at night. The additional front headlight is approved according to the regulations of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) and allows you to switch to high beam without having to take your hand off the handlebar. The super bright brake light ensures maximum safety when you stop.
