Built for the descent: The RIOT EN has been redeveloped from scratch and designed even more consistently for demanding enduro tours. The steep seat angle and SuperFit geometry provide uphill for a trail-specific seating position. So you get despite 170/160mm travel relaxed to the trail entrance. Those who have no experience with steel suspension can look forward to a real "Aha!”-Erlebnis experience: In combination with the TractionLink rear suspension, the shock absorbs all bumps away so buttery smooth that your confidence makes a real boost.
One piece rear end
SIMPLE, SLIGHT AND STIFF.// A one-piece rear construction offers high stiffness because the rear end is made of solid joints.
One-piece design for maximum stiffness
The one-piece damper rocker gives an extra plus on top: More stiffness leads to lower transverse load on the bolts and the entire rear end.
Wider is better
Boost means wider hubs. As simple as it is, the improvement is massive: wider hubs bring more stability with larger wheel diameters.
Fewer parts, less stress
Forget the 2nd shifter, the front derailleur and the shift cable there; with the single speed you can save all that. In addition, no more chain rattles and falling chains are also a thing of the past.
Design meets function
Cable runs need a tight fit and want to be hidden. They are perfectly stowed under the cable cover on the down tube. With the help of the Snap-Lock closure on the cover, the cables can be exposed without tools and in no time at all for quick service.
Perfectly tuned chassis
TractionLink ensures that your bike never loses traction, no matter how rough the terrain becomes. The kinematics is characterised by a particularly balanced relationship between drive neutrality and rear end performance. The suspension travel is used optimally, shocks are absorbed confidently and brake stuttering is a thing of the past.
Cleanly laid, easily accessible
Invisibly laid, but still openly accessible: With the special shape of the down tube we make the cables disappear. However, if something should happen, you can still get to it without much effort.
