Rated 5 out of 5 by from Firm but Forgiving I needed to relieve some soft tissue pressure and this does that perfectly. No more numbness! I do experience a bit of discomfort during long rides (4-5 hours) but most importantly I rarely experience discomfort AFTER long rides (even 6-7 hours). Even after a long day on the bike I don't have to think twice about going out for a nice recovery ride the next day.
