Keeping it real: the Acid CMPT 240 has all the features you'd expect to find on a real mountain bike, just scaled down to fit your budding off-road rider. From the suspension fork to the grippy tyres and light, powerful rim brakes, it's all designed to keep junior mountain bikers inspired and safe on the trail. Wide-ranging 1x7-speed gears make light work of even trickier routes, and a brake modulator helps reduce the likelihood of over-enthusiastic braking resulting in tears. Adventure awaits!

Built from the same heat-treated 6061 aluminium tubes as the adult bikes, the Acid 240's frame is every bit as tough as a full-size mountain bike, but with the right weight and proportions for a child. There's a bottle mount for mid-ride refreshment and rack mounts, too. The handling is designed to be both fun and confidence-inspiring. And, because CUBE knows accidents can happen, they made the gear hanger easily replacable so that a knock or crash needn't result in an expensive repair.
