Ses leviers sont ils compatibles avec des étriers de freins « route » du type Ultegra, 105 et Tiagra?

Bonjour, je les ai monté sur des freins a disques avid mais il devrait être compatible avec vos freins pensez a prendre les bon câbles de type VTT poir le montage. En espérant vous éclairer !
