Always. Everywhere. The ventilation inlets of the Alpina Hackney not only form a face and a guardian angel, but are mainly responsible for optimal ventilation. The height-adjustable run system also ensures comfort. This makes adjustment child's play and ensures maximum wearing comfort. As an option, a plug-in light can be integrated into the rear of the bicycle helmet, allowing the kids to be noticed early by other road users, even in poor visibility conditions and in the dark. Visibility brings safety. That is why the Alpina Hackney is also available in a neon yellow "be visible" version.

Inmold
In the Inmold production process the helmet upper shell made of polycarbonate is thermally bonded to the Hi-EPS inner shell of the helmet body under high heat and strong pressure. This creates a large-area and inseparable connection between the upper and lower shell. Advantage: The helmet is very light and at the same time extremely stable.

HI-EPS
The inner shell of all Alpina helmets is made of Hi-EPS (High Expanded Polystyrene). The material has microscopically small air chambers which absorb the forces that act on the helmet during an impact. Hi-EPS provides optimum protection and at the same time allows extra-thin wall thicknesses and narrow helmet shapes.
