Les pédales Mamba de FUNN sont des pédales mixtes très pratiques, notamment en Enduro, DH ou All Mountain. Elles disposent d'une face plate agrémentée de picots d’accroche et d’une face avec système automatique.
Le tout est d’une grande durabilité et montrera sa fiabilité sur les terrains les plus rudes ! Elles bénéficient de la technologie GRS facilitant l’entretien des pédales avec un point d’accès pour la lubrification de la pédale.

First impression before use is: Great quality.
The pedals are really nice made. Apperars as a quality finish with no flaws. They seem solidly built and fairly light considering the extra weight from the clip system. I must admit I was a little surpriced on how tight the axles actually are to turn with your fingers. Wondering if all this resistance (=powerloss) matters anything once they are on a crankset/bike. I imagine it is barely noticeable. It would be a plus if the screws/pins were small allenheads instead. They grip better than these cone-shaped ones. This I can tell without having tried these.
I decided not to use them on my new bike build so I can't say anything about durability etc.

Hard to clip in
I wear Five Tens which is the best sole going and get no grip on the flat side, as there is no grip your feet twist chewing the sole up. To clip in is a nightmare, very difficult and also hard to release. I’m experienced in cycling but having real problems with this pedal. I’ve complained direct to FUNN as I purchased these from you and based in the UK.
