With the Montana, Ortler has created a high-quality trekking e-bike that is guaranteed to make every electrically powered tour a pleasure.

The latest generation e-bike convinces with its powerful Shimano STePS E-5000 mid-engine. Trekking bikers* not only make faster progress, but can also cover considerably longer distances. In addition to the modern electric drive, the Montana convinces above all with its well thought-out detail equipment, which focuses on durability. The Shimano Acera 9-speed gear system ensures the right gear selection, while hydraulic Shimano MT200 disc brakes ensure absolute reliability at all times and in all weather conditions. The 50 mm travel of the Suntour suspension fork ensures a comfortable ride even on forest tracks. Schwalbe Energizer tires convince with low rolling resistance and very good grip. Riding comfort is therefore guaranteed.

The equipment package is rounded off by an AXA LED lighting system, a stable Racktime touring rack and high-quality details such as Ergo grips, stem and handlebars as well as a comfortable Selle Royal saddle. The Shimano Steps drive is a modern mid-engine system which is characterised by high reliability, a lot of power and long range. The special highlights of the Shimano Steps drive are the pushing aid, the multifunctional display and the long range. The battery is already 80% charged after 2 hours and completely charged after 4 hours. Thanks to the integrated charging station, the battery can be recharged directly on the wheel.
