Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied The item consists of two major parts. The first part is affixed to the handlebar stem using two strong rubber bands. The fixture is tight and requires strong fingers to secure. Once secured, it is not worth taking off. The second part is the sleeve that holds the phone. I have a 5.5" sized phone and it fits securely. The back of sleeve has a part that fits and secures onto the handlebar part. The only minor dislike I have is the velcro used for closing off the end of the sleeve. For my phone, it should be placed further down to enable the top to be folded more.
