The fundamental structure of the VOTEC VR is its elaborately designed 6061 T6 aluminium racing frame – complete with specially developed VOTEC full-carbon fork. The frame and fork have successfully passed one of the toughest tests in the wheel industry and are equipped with state-of-the-art standards such as Press-Fit Road inner bearings, tapered fork shaft and an integrated train guide.

This modern and understated chassis is furnished with consistently high-quality and light components that will carry you for thousands of kilometres up and over hills and high mountains. Shimano’s 105 2x11 drivetrain setup with widely-stepped gear ratio provides long-lasting shift precision and enough reserves for crisp sprints or long climbs. The combination of Mavic’s Aksium wheelset and Continental Grand Prix 4000 SI tyres ensures smooth-running performance, control and convincing acceleration in all road conditions. The stem, handlebar and seatpost all come from Zipp, whilst an Ergon saddle completes this list of high-quality components.
