Rated 3 von 5 von aus Verbesserungsbedürftige Prozesse Das Shopsystem ist verbesserungswürdig. Grundsätzlich sind die Preise und das Angebot schon ganz gut, aber dass man im Shop keine Stornierungen durchführen kann ist sehr lästig. Um etwas zu stornieren muss man eine Email an den Kundenservice schreiben. Dass man nicht sofort eine Antwort bekommt, kann ich aufgrund der Corona Situation verstehen und ist für mich auch kein großes Problem. Blöd ist, wenn das Paket ausgeliefert wird, obwohl man es stornieren wollte und man die Annahme verweigern muss. Nimmt ein Nachbar das Paket an, muss man das Paket selbst wieder retournieren.
