Io monto 52/36 con 11/30 al posteriore. Mi consigliate il gabbia corta o il gabbia media?

Io ho l’11-32 comunque va bene il gabbia con gabbia media. Cosa sono questi adattatori????

Salve vorrei sapere se posso montare un deragliatore posteriore ultegra 8000 su una bici montata 105 5800,essendo la bici 11-28 devo montare un deragliatore ultegra a gabbia media o corta?il tutto è compatibile?

Tutto compatibile. Anche gabbia corta. Io arrivo, con gabbia media, a 11-40. Basta avvitare la b- screw.
