Will these fit trek roscoe 7 currently running on 27 plus tyre

Hello, If you have a Sram cassette, these wheels won't be compatible.  The frame should be compatible with 29" tires up to 2.4. Usually the fork has a label but it seems like a 29" wheel would fit. We recommend you ask your Trek dealer before proceeding. Kind regards  Roberto - Probikeshop
