How do I measure my foot length? (A)
Keep your foot nice and flat and measure the length of your foot from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. To get the most reliable measurement, put your foot down on paper and mark the two extremities with a pencil. Then, take off your foot and measure the distance between the two marks.

How do I measure my hip circumference? (B)
Measure your waist circumference where you usually wear your belt and make sure you keep the tape measure nice and horizontal.
How do I measure my hip circumference? (C)
Measure your hip circumference at the widest point.
How do I measure my crotch length? (D)
Keep your feet bare and stand perfectly straight with your feet 5 cm apart, then measure the length of your crotch from the top on the inside of your thighs down to the ground. Don't hesitate to ask for some help to take the measurement.
