How do I measure my chest circumference? (A)
Pass the tape measure under your arm, measure your chest circumference at the largest point and make sure you keep the tape measure nice and horizontal.
How do I measure my waist circumference? (B)
Measure your waist circumference where you usually wear your belt and make sure you keep the tape measure nice and horizontal.
How do I measure my hip circumference? (C)
Measure your hip circumference at the widest point.
How do I measure my height? (D)
Keep your back to the wall and measure your height up to the top of your head while keeping the tape measure vertical.
