Very top-of-the-range, choosing Assos gear must not be taken lightly! Here is some advice to understand what you're doing.
FOR THE BIKE, ON THE BIKE!
Assos clothes are adapted to the bike position and so it's normal that they aren't always very comfortable when your'e standing up. We recommend you always try them on in your cycling position so you understand how the item adjusts to the situation.
CLOSE-FITTING ANATOMICAL CUTS
Mainly for competitors, the Assos range has a very close-fitting anatomical cut. This makes it more suited to athletes. We recommend you take your body shape and the cuts into account when choosing your items.
Assos has three different cuts:
RegularFIT: very close-fitting;
RacingFIT: very atheltic cut, 1/2 size below the RegularFIT with a lower leg diameter;
ComfortFIT: very close-fitting, 1/2 size above the RegularFIT

How do I measure my chest circumference (A)?
Pass the tape measure under your arm, measure your chest circumference at the largest point and make sure you keep the tape measure nice and horizontal.
