Series 3 Aluminum
The Alcatraz features a 6061 Series aluminum frame with beefy double-butted tubesets for the best ride quality and stiffness, tapered head tubes for maximum strength over big jumps, and horizontal dropout with slotted IS disc brake mounts.

Short Chainstays
Marin has optimized the chainstay length of the Alcatraz to ensure you have the shortest possible chainstays so you can do a wheelie or whatever anytime, anywhere.

135x10 mm Horizontal Dropouts
The Alcatraz has horizontal dropouts of 135 x 10 mm - the standard in dirt jump technology for axle and dropout thickness.
