HIGH 5 EnergySource XTREME is a new generation sports energy drink with a high caffeine content. It contains a carbohydrate formulation of maltodextrin and fructose in a ratio of 2:1 combined with key electrolytes, magnesium and caffeine. XTREME is intended as a one time caffeine dose.

ENERGY SOURCE XTREME is not intended for continuous use during training or an event. If you wish to use caffeine continuously throughout your training or event, then switch to ENERGY SOURCE.

"- Taste: very good, not too sweet. - Efficiency: I have done a lot of research about hydration and biking, and I think this formula (2 parts of maltodextrin for 1 part of fructose) is an excellent mix for endurance, effort in cyclo sports, and before all, a regulated source of carbohydrates. Last year I used a product named « Malto », it was very good when it comes to endurance, but there is missing a dose of fructose, that is essential for good performances. This concurrent propose another product to mix with « Malto », but I think that HIGH 5 is more interesting (when it comes to the price and use). "
