Description

HIGH5 ENERGY GEL PLUS is smooth with a light consistency and a dash of real juice for a great taste. Easy to open and swallow, each sachet contains 23 g of carbohydrate and a moderate dose of caffeine (30 mg).

Which HIGH5 to choose: ENERGY GEL PLUS or ISOGEL PLUS? 
Both types of gel do the same job. However, ISOGEL PLUS has a lighter consistency somewhere between a drink and a gel. ENERGY GEL PLUS has a slightly thicker consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, which makes it easier to carry in larger quantities.
