Rated 3 de 5 de par VTT superbe, service après-vente Haibike désespéré VTT-AE de bon qualité et service Probikeshop exellente. Moteur et système de contrôle de puissance Yamaha superbe surtout sur les pistes escarpées; autonomie jusqu'à 250 kms superbe, Shimano Deore et cassette de 12 vitesses change très bien, pression de freinage hydraulique facile à contrôler. Pourquoi alors seulement 3 étoiles? J'ai écrit à Haibike pour demander s'il y avait une béquille latérale appropriée - pas de réponse. Le verrou de la batterie s'est avéré cassé et il manquait un clip au couvercle. Probikeshop a payé la serrure pour qu'elle soit réparée par un revendeur local - pas de problème et a commandé le clip manquant. Un mois plus tard, Probikeshop essaie toujours de me l'obtenir. Haibike ne peut toujours pas donner de date de livraison. Ce n'est pas ainsi que vous traitez vos clients ou vos concessionnaires. Un super vélo gâché par le manque de service du constructeur.
