Hey guys,  i have a question about that Shock. What does the title "Factory Tune" mean, is it any specific Base tune that can't be changed or is it just dialed in? regards  Sewerrider

Hello, It mean that the shox came with the Factory tune so you have to find your own tuning according to your bike, your weight and your use. Have a good ride!!!
