Does the top cap have NO LOGO on its top surface? and Does it include a BLACK colored bolt?

The self-answer is No and Yes... I've inquired of the seller about this, and received the answer. The seller said that they have two versions of this top cap. The one has FSA logo and the other version has not. But the seller said they can not sure that buyers receive the one they ask. So, I gave up buying this.
