Con l'apertura centrale non c'è il rischio che venga preso lo sterno?

no. in realtà le protezioni pettorali sono piuttosto alte e mantengono una bella distanza dall'ostacolo in caso di impatto. le protezioni sono comode anche se piuttosto pesanti ma danno un gran senso di sicurezza e proteggono bene.
