They DO have built in underwear (I was not sure about this when I purchased them). The length is perfect for running and working out. Very light weight and breathable. Highly recommend. I will be ordering more.

This fabric makes it body hugging without being tight or feeling any pressure. 3.5IN is quite short but I haven't noticed any rolling up so am happy about that.
