ROTOR Q-RINGS QXL Inner Chainring 130 mm

The new QXL is a Q-Ring with increased ovalisation. It has the same form as the standard Q-Ring, maintaining an exceptionally fluid drivetrain.

The QXL is intended for competitors with predominantly rapid muscle contraction (fast fibres). These 'powerful' racers have above average muscle mass and power peaks (sprinters, for example). For these athletes, a more pronounced ovalisation allows a reduction of negative work compared to standard ovalisation. The QXL is more efficient for sprinters or climbers as it allows the optimisation of their power peak by reducing dead points.
