Rated 1 von 5 von aus Kundenzufriedenheit, Produktzufriedenheit Der Schraubensatz den ich bestellt hatte passte nicht. Bestellt hatte ich Schrauben für eine Campagnolo Chorus Kompakt Kurbel 50/34. Geliefert wurden Schrauben für die Standardkurbel 53/39. Nach Erhalt habe ich zweimal schriftlich über Sachverhalt bei Probike nachgefragt wie ich weiter verfahren soll. Zurückschicken? Kann Umgetauscht werden? Ich habe keine Reaktion auf meine E Mails bekommen. Zurückschicken ohne Bestätigung des Umtauschs zu den passenden Schrauben wollte ich nicht.
