Bonjour, je suis intéressé par l'achat de ce casque mais j'hésite sur la taille à prendre. J'ai un tour de tête de 57cm, vous me conseiller de prendre S/M ou M/L? Est-ce que les mousses intérieure ce tasse un peu? Merci
