Description

 

We've taken a fresh new approach to crown race installation.

Traditionally, a mechanic would slam a tube down onto the bearing surface to "set" the race in place.

The CRS-1 offers a different approach that offers faster, safer, and more precise installation.

The bearing surface is spared a direct hit by using different inserts to ensure proper fit on the race.

Choose the correct insert then slide the tube over the fork tube and into the top end of the insert.

Using a hammer, tap firmly on the end cap of the tube and seat the race into its proper place safely and accurately.

The CRS-1 set includes one universal setting tube, three 1" inserts, and three 1-1/8" inserts.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Une fois de plus: envoi soignée, rapide et gratuit. La qualité de l'article est convenable mais pas à la hauteur du prix (90€), or j'avais choisi ce modèle plutôt que celui de la marque superB 30€ moins cher pensant trouver une qualité exemplaire. Je ne suis pas satisfait pour une autre raison, à savoir, il n'y a aucune caisse, boite, mallette ou quoi que ce soit pour ranger l'outil. Pas terrible, alors que n'importe quelle marque d'outillage, même bas de gamme, fourni des boites rangements avec ses outils ne serai ce que pour des tournevis. J'invite PBS à apporter cette précision dans ces descriptifs.

Bonjour Alexis, Tout va dépendre du "cônique" mais je dans ce cas il me semble que cette fourche est de 1.5' ou 1-1/4' à la base du tube donc il faudra un CRS-15. Cordialement, L'équipe Maillon
