Rated 5 out of 5 by from No regrets I came from a wheel on trainer, and what a difference. The Kickr core is smooth and practically silent (your drivetrain is louder). It ramps up and down nicely to feel as realistic as possible. I went with this version as I wanted to get a matching cassette to my bike so I can easily swap between outside and the trainer. The instructions were clear with helpful videos. My setup was a bit more complicated in that I had to switch to the freehub for SRAM cassettes, but after a bit of playing around with spacers it was all dialed in. Do make sure to check to see if you need a different hub for your cassette. And make sure you have a cassette removal tool.

Came with several adapters w zero explanation for why an adapter might be necessary for my particular bike. Sent an email inquiring about it to "support" a day ago and haven't heard anything. For the price, I am underwhelmed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my KICKR Core. The Wahoo KICKR Core Smart Bike Trainer has upped the quality and consistency of my training. I have only had the KICKR Core for a few weeks and I already see significant improvement in my performance on my outdoor rides. It was easy to set up, it’s easy to use, it connects well to phone, tablet, computer, and my other Wahoo sensors. I highly recommend this trainer for anyone looking to stay fit on their bike, ride during cold or inclement weather, or train for an upcoming event. I love my Wahoo KICKR Core.

I moved from the Snap which was great but the Core is just more accurate in every sense due to it being a direct trainer. You will need to adjust your derailer to accommodate the new cassette.

I was torn between this and the Zwift Hub, but all my tri friends recommended the Kickr Core and let me tell you, this thing is next level: I’ve had it for 6 months putting over 950 miles on it in 66 hours of training, and haven’t had a single issue since plugging it in. Zwift, Rouvy, and FulGaz connected to it instantly and they still do. It’s also easily recalibrated with the Wahoo app the few times I’ve had to move it. Had to learn how to install a cassette, but that wasn’t hard once I got the right tool (Amz: BW Bicycles Cassette Lockring Removal Tool with Handle) and it came with the right cassette adapter. In hindsight I wish I would've gotten the cassette through Wahoo so I would've gotten everything at once.

Bonjour,  Je ne pense pas que ce soit nécessaire il faut juste la même cassette que sur le velo. C’est compatible sans souci

Bonjour, j'avais une cassette SRAM que j'ai monté. De mémoire ce n'est pas fourni. très bon home trainer, 2 saisons d'hiver dessus, rien a dire.

Bonjour Madame/Monsieur, Ayant lu beaucoup d'avis entre ce home trainer et le Elite direto xr quel est le "meilleur" des deux pour une utilisation régulière et pour faire des entraînements spécifiques ainsi que des courses sur Zwift? Merci d'avance!

Bonjour, Hormis qqun ayant eu les deux, ce qui est très peu probable (sauf un professionnel en magasin), impossible de répondre à cela... chacun va répondre par rapport au sien... Après, vu les produits, je pense que les deux feront très bien le job. Il n'y a pas de mauvais choix ici, prenez celui qui vous fait plaisir !

Bonjour, il y a eu depuis la sortie de ce modèle énormément de problèmes avec un défaut structurel faisant griller le home trainer au bout de qq semaines pour les plus malchanceux. Wahoo a-t-il remédié au problème ou est-ce toujours d'actualité ?
